Laura Lucas is a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach, Certified Physique and Body Building Coach, and Certified Weight Loss Specialist located in Phoenix, AZ.

 

With nearly two decades of experience, she has dedicated her career to helping clients achieve their fitness dreams. Her approach caters to a diverse range of individuals, embracing various ages, abilities, and goals.
